Return and Refund Policy for Split Drinks

1. Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note: If your refund is rejected, we will return the item to you.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
