Get ready for a heartwarming day and night of festive fun as we roll into Christmas in true campervan style on Saturday, 20th December 2025, for our much-loved Christmas Camper Convoy – a magical event that’s fast becoming our festive tradition!
Decorate your camper, gather your Christmas spirit, and join us at Elvaston Castle (DE72 3EP) from 10:00am, where we’ll spend the day meeting, mingling, and trimming our vans together ahead of our joyful journey.

Then at 5:00pm sharp, we’ll hit the road for a 45-minute festive convoy through the local villages, spreading Christmas cheer and turning heads with our decked-out vans and seasonal spirit.
Our route ends back at the castle (via a different entrance – What3Words: require.consoled.guards) where the celebration really begins.

Want to come and watch?
You're very welcome to join us on Saturday 20th! Head to the general car park, where the convoy will depart at 5 PM, making its way through town before returning to the venue via the Main Road (B5010) entrance.
Once the convoy is back, you're invited to stick around and soak up the atmosphere — take a look around the campervans, meet the drivers, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy live music on-site until 9 PM. It's a great way to be part of the action even if you're not in the convoy!
Please Note:
Due to the size and layout of the venue, we are only able to accommodate campervans. Unfortunately, motorhomes cannot be admitted, as they are unable to safely fit within the available space. Larger van owners are more than welcome to join us and spectate by parking in the general admission car park until 9pm.
All drivers must comply with UK road laws.
