Convoy + Campout Ticket
Only one ticket is required per campervan.
This ticket includes the convoy, evening celebration and one-night campout.
Join us for a heartwarming day and night of festive campervan fun as our much-loved Christmas Camper Convoy returns to Elvaston Castle.
Decorate your camper, gather your Christmas spirit and arrive from 12 noon. We’ll spend the afternoon meeting fellow campers and adding the finishing festive touches before setting off.

Arrival: From 12 noon
Convoy departure: 5pm sharp
Convoy duration: Approximately 45 minutes

At 5pm sharp, we’ll take to the road for a festive convoy through the local villages, spreading Christmas cheer with our decorated campers.
The route finishes back at Elvaston Castle, where the evening celebration begins.

Tickets are £54 per campervan — not per person.

Decorated campervans only — the more festive, the better!
- Christmas fancy dress is highly encouraged
- Children and dogs are welcome
- Campervans only — no motorhomes
- Maximum vehicle length: 6.8 metres
- Tickets are non-refundable
- All drivers must comply with UK road laws
Elvaston Castle is not a campsite. Toilets will be available, but there are no showers or electric hook-ups. Fires and BBQs are not permitted.
Your e-ticket and QR code will be sent immediately after purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t arrive.
Not Staying Overnight?
A separate convoy-only ticket is available.
Once the convoy returns, you’re welcome to stay, look around the decorated campervans, grab something to eat and enjoy the live music.
