The Christmas Camper Convoy is back, and we’re inviting you to join us for a very special festive journey through the local community.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by fellow Christmas-loving campers, festive fun and that unmistakable feeling that Christmas is just around the corner.

Then, at 5pm sharp, we’ll hit the road together in a spectacular convoy — and trust us, this is where the magic really begins!

As we make our way along the route, huge crowds will be out waving, cheering and wishing us a Merry Christmas as we drive past. Seeing families, children and communities lining the roads to watch the convoy go by is something truly special.

It’s an emotional journey that will definitely bring a tear to your eye… followed by the biggest Christmas smile!

The Plan

Saturday 5th December

12pm – Arrive and get into the Christmas spirit

5pm sharp – The Christmas Camper Convoy sets off

Approximately 6pm – Return to Elvaston Castle and continue the festivities

10pm – Convoy Only ticket holders must leave Elvaston Castle

This Ticket Does Not Include Camping

This is a Convoy Only ticket and does not include an overnight stay at Elvaston Castle.

All Convoy Only ticket holders must leave the venue by 10pm on Saturday.

Important: Your Ticket Is Per Van

This ticket is per van, not per person.

One ticket covers one campervan and everyone travelling inside it for the convoy only.

If you’re bringing one van, you only need one ticket — regardless of how many people are travelling in that van.

One Ticket = One Van

A Few Boring Bits… But Important

This is an event stopover, not a campsite, so please arrive prepared.

Due to the route and parking restrictions, only campervans can take part.

Maximum campervan length: 6.8 metres
No motorhomes
No fires
No electrical hook-up
No showers
Toilets are available
Dogs are welcome

Enjoy the atmosphere and festivities with your fellow convoy campers before leaving the venue by 10pm.
