Sunset Beach Mega Meet

We’re excited to invite you to the Sunset Beach Mega Meet at the stunning Black Rock Sands, Wales!

This is set to be a great day where you can enjoy a day at the beach, drive onto the sand, and park your camper van for a relaxed day with fantastic views.

Whether you’re a photographer, YouTuber, content creator, or just someone who loves the beach, it’s a great opportunity to capture some beautiful moments. Your camper van and the stunning coastal landscape will make for some fantastic videos & photos! 

We’ll meet from 2pm (Beach closes at 8pm) and you're welcome to come and go as you please. Bring a picnic and soak in the laid-back vibes of the day. While we are not organising any official activities, dogs are welcome, so feel free to bring your furry friends along! 

Litter Pick Alert! 

As part of our commitment to keeping the UK coastline beautiful, we’re organizing an informal Litter Pick from 4pm for approximately 45 minutes. If you'd like to lend a hand and help us maintain this beautiful location, we’d love to have you join us. All supplies will be provided—just bring your energy and a positive attitude, and we can make a difference together! 

While camping is not permitted on the beach, there are nearby campsites and free park for night options for those who want to make it a weekend

This is an excellent chance for VW and campervan enthusiasts to meet new people, exchange stories, and connect with fellow fans in a relaxed setting. Whether you're here for the photography, the atmosphere, or the opportunity to mingle, it’s going to be a fantastic day!

All campervans are welcome to join!

Please note that this is a casual event, and attendees are responsible for their own safety and actions while at Black Rock Sands. There will be a fee to enter and park on the beach, payable by cash or card at the gate, with all proceeds going directly to the beach management team.
