We’re inviting our community to a secluded woodland retreat for an exclusive one-night campervan stopover—where firelight, music, and the magic of the outdoors come together for a truly memorable evening at the TikTok-viral venue Pub in The Woods.

This intimate event is designed for those who want to slow down, connect with nature, and share a relaxed night under the stars with like-minded campervan owners.

Your ticket includes a complete experience:

Tickets are per person 

• One-Night Campervan Stopover – set in a peaceful, Instagrammable location.

• Exclusive Venue Access – this event is for The Camper Club community only.

• Roaring Fire Pits – perfect for warmth and atmosphere. Wood provided.

• Live Music Beneath the Trees – enjoy acoustic sounds surrounded by nature.

• One Delicious Meal of Your Choice – choose from:

  1. Pizza & Fries – freshly baked with crispy skin-on fries (dietary alternatives available with prior notice)

  2. Traditional Hog Roast Cob – with stuffing, crackling, apple sauce, slaw, and roast potatoes (dietary alternatives available with prior notice)

  3. Loaded Fries – topped with katsu curry or BBQ pulled pork (dietary alternatives available with prior notice)

• Breakfast Rolls, Tea & Coffee – the perfect start to your day (dietary alternatives available with prior notice)

Meal tickets will be handed out on entry. 

With limited pitches and an intimate setting, this event offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a calm and memorable escape into nature with your camper.

Important Information

• Strictly 18+ only

• Fires permitted only within the pub grounds and during pub opening hours (5:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
  – Fires must be managed by onsite staff only.

• No personal fires or BBQs allowed

• No elsan points – toilet waste must be disposed of offsite.

• No showers available

• No electrical hook-up

• Assistance dogs only

• Live music ends at 11:00 PM – please keep noise to a minimum after this time and when leaving the site.

• Arrival from 5:00 PM on Friday evening

• Breakfast served 8:00–9:30 AM on Saturday morning

• Venue postcode: DE6 3BN

• Gate locked overnight – exit information will be provided upon arrival

• No food or drink other than what is provided to be consumed on-site
