Ticket Protection gives you added peace of mind when booking your event ticket.

If you’re unable to attend, Ticket Protection allows you to request a refund or credit up to 48 hours before the event, in line with our terms.

What Ticket Protection Covers

• Inability to attend due to unforeseen circumstances
• Event cancellation or rescheduling (where applicable)
• Added flexibility and peace of mind when booking

Important Information

• Ticket Protection is optional and must be purchased at the same time as your event ticket
• Requests must be made no later than 48 hours before the event start time
• Ticket Protection is non-refundable once purchased
• Ticket Protection applies per ticket
• All requests are assessed in line with our Ticket Protection terms
